Study Visit of Faculty of Law Students to the Commercial Court of Khmelnytskyi Region

On 10 November 2025, as part of the session "Resolution of Land Disputes" in the course "Land Law", fourth-year students of the Faculty of Law, accompanied by Ivan Oleksandrovych Kostiashkin and Antonina Oleksandrivna Boiko, visited the Commercial Court of Khmelnytskyi Region, where they had the opportunity to talk with judges. Judge Valentyna Oleksandrivna Kocherhina spoke about the challenges of effectively protecting land rights and the role of precedent in resolving commercial disputes. Judge Serhii Ivanovych Kramar spoke about the role of the state in protecting citizens' constitutional rights and donated books from his own collection to the library of the Department of Labour, Land and Commercial Law. At the end of the meeting, the students learned about the work of the court staff, the registry and the judges' assistants.
