Lecture for Fourth-Year Law Students in the Course "Land Law"

On 20 March 2026, as part of his teaching practice, Maksym Milashevskyi – a postgraduate student of the Department of Labour, Land and Commercial Law and an attorney – delivered a lecture to fourth-year students of the Faculty of Law in the course "Land Law" on the topic "Legal Forms of Land Use". The session examined the theoretical and practical aspects of contractual obligations in land use, in particular the specifics of concluding, performing and terminating land lease, emphyteusis and easement agreements. Particular attention was paid to the application of land legislation on the right of permanent land use and to the grounds for terminating contractual relations in land use. The session was held in the format of an academic dialogue, which encouraged active discussion and deepened the students' professional knowledge.
