Guest Lectures by Practitioners

On Wednesday, 6 March 2024, at 13.25 and 14.10, the department hosted two open guest lectures by practitioners:
1. Volodymyr Anatoliiovych Navrotskyi, judge of the city and district court – "Liability for Land Offences";
2. Volodymyr Bohdanovych Paliichuk, lawyer of the IT company Rubyplay – "Legal Positions of the European Court of Human Rights Applied in Resolving Land Disputes in Ukraine".
