Guest Lecture "Current Issues in the Protection of Land Rights"

On 25 March 2025, Artem Oleksandrovych Bahinskyi, a practising attorney and arbitration manager, delivered a guest lecture to first-year Master's students in specialty 081 Law on "Current Issues in the Protection of Land Rights". The lecture focused on current issues in applying specific methods of protecting land rights, practical problems arising when courts consider land disputes, and effective methods of protection in land disputes in light of the case law of the Supreme Court. Particular attention was paid to the distinction between state-owned and municipally owned land in case law.
