Student Research Circle "Pro et contra"

The standing student research circle "Pro et contra" operates at the Department of Private Law. Academic supervisor: Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Private Law Oksana Trach. The research circle serves as a platform for developing students' research potential and deepening their knowledge in such disciplines as Civil Procedural Law, Civil Litigation Practice and Review of Court Decisions in Civil Cases. The circle's activities aim to build students' research skills, analytical thinking and the ability to work with scholarly sources and to present the results of their own research.
